It was far grander than I had imagined. It appeared very clean and well maintained. We arrived earlier than check-in.While I understood that our room might not be ready, I was very surprised that the lounge was not open, it was indeed locked. I could not get a bite to eat, nor a drink.on a Saturday afternoon no less! The only seating available was in the lobby, and there were not enough seats. There should have been allowances, especially given there was a wedding group who must have traveled far for the occasion. The hotel is set far enough away from other shops and restaurants to make leaving the hotel undesirable. The hotel missed an opportunity to service a good number of people with a bar, lounge or restaurant which was not open until 5:00PM.

The room was escellent. The coffee maker was used and dirty at the time we arrived. We suggest to verify the room door. We notice a leak between the toilet and shower.

This property was lovely until it turned over to doubletree. It was ok for a family because it catered to young families. It had a splash pad and a water park. When I travel I like to have things for adults to do or enjoy. There wasn’t an outdoor pool just a splash pad and indoor pool. Kids everywhere.
