Shuttle service was good. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Some of the towels were scratchy and the carpet in the room and the halls were soiled. There was only a small hand held shower head which was not well attached to the wall so was hard to use.

Horrendous experience! My elderly sister and I were put in a room with faulty air-conditioning and got no sleep before an international flight. Juan knocked on door at 4.00 in the morning for a wake up call we hadn’t asked for. No one to deal with the problem that night - staff who seemed to think it was funny kept blaming construction which was nonsense! Manager admitted there were problems with room - gave a 50% reduction but this is inadequate. Breakfast very poor. Nightmare and I strongly advise you not to stay here - have reported hotel to Division of Standards Massachusetts. Other complaints on site about same issue.

They have a 24 hours shuttle service to airport, so we can take a train from the airport to city. Staff were very friendly. Next time we are in Boston definitely we will stay in this Comfort Inn again.

This is an airport hotel that reminds me of a hotel where hockey or baseball teams stay for tournaments. Very basic. Buffet breakfast was basic, and OK. Airport shuttle was helpful.
