Unexpected stay without the charming boutique feel we anticipated. We could touch both ends of the room when laying on the full-size bed. The shower had hair and trash from the prior guest, and the TV had been left on an adult content x-rated channel, giving us the unneeded reminder of the prior guests experience. Walked through the cafe to get to our room, and window opened out to a view or trash cans in the alleyway.

The AC in under ground room wasn't properly working. Imposible to sleep with that noice. The front desk person moved us to another room, but in overall there is an issue with AC system in the building in my opinion. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Professional staff.

Bag hold was great, no issues with quick drop and pick up. Room itself was ok, good size, comfortable bed. I was almost afraid I would have no water for a shower it sputted and spurted the whole time. Bit of mold on bathroom and hallway ceilings, Carpet felt tacky. Went to get a glass of wine around 900 and the gentleman was cleaning, seemed annoyed I was there, kept his purple gloves on while getting me a drink list, getting the drink and setting up payment. Morning free coffee and pastry was a nice touch. I would stay again in a pinch but would not be my first choice.

This is a tiny gem in the middle of Boston. Very boutique so if you’re looking for a full service hotel experience, this is not what they are or are trying to be. Rooms are small but set up so well. I’m a huge fan if this place.

Primo location on Boyleston by Copley Square. Easy walk to anywhere in downtown Boston. If you need to go further, the Copley T station is across the street. Front desk staff are friendly, accommodating, competent, and professional. Rooms are “European” sized, but clean and well equipped, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini refrigerator. Coffee is served in the lobby every morning, along with stellar pastries, including croissants in the “best ever” category. We would definitely stay here again for any return trip to Boston.

Room was small, but functional. Faced Boylston on 6th floor. Some nighttime noise from nearby city road work. Otherwise reasonably quiet for such a location. Very good continental breakfast in lobby bar provided by Landwer Cafe.

This boutique hotel was a real treat. Cozy and comfortable and the onsite restaurants were perfect. Easy to walk to many places and the staff was exceptional. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
