Very disappointed in our stay. The bed had dark hair all over on the sheets when I went to get in it for the night (everyone in our party has blonde hair). We moved rooms which was less than ideal at 10 pm. There were garbage trucks of some sort of constant beeping from 6am to 7 outside of the hotel. The hotel itself has a great vibe and is super cool. Just the cleanliness and loud noises ruined the stay. Not how I wanted to ring in my 50th birthday. :/

The room was nice and clean aside from the hair stuck to the shampoo bottles. In the shower there was a crack and the room door seemed like it needed some maintenance. None of these things ruined our stay, but led us to a good instead of excellent. We did use the parking down the street instead of valet due to the price. Staff was friendly, but i would have liked a little more information at check in regarding amenities etc. I had to ask about parking and where elevators were. The desk clerk only handed me the key and told me the room number.

Room was beautiful however we were on the inside looking at walls. Next time I’ll ask for a window view. Food and bar were amazing. All staff were kind and courteous. Other than the room view it was very nice.
