Not being able to open some windows, staying there for 7 days was harder for me. The hotel charges destination fee of $30 each day which I thought was not reasonable even though you can get that as food credit. I felt like I was forced to spend and eat at the yard house each day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There’s quite a wait for the lifts during busy times. The location is great but the subsidised Yardhouse restaurant food is disgusting, although the staff are friendly. We tried it twice thinking perhaps we were just unlucky the first time but I’d anything it was worse. What a shame.

The location is good and convienence. I don't like the quality of the mattress. The side of mattress close to the night stand was sunken. I felt uncomfortable when you slept on that side. I strongly recommend the hotel should focus on the quality control. In addition, my room is 6 rooms away from the elevator. I still could heard the sound of elevator while someone is using it. It's annoying.

Great place to stay! Clean area, friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable! Easy to walk this part of the city to Fenway and numerous points of interest. Lots of green space to relax! Close to train and subway systems. Will definitely be my choice of Hotels. We've stayed at this property 3 times when attending games at Fenway Park. We've always had very quiet rooms with great views. The staff has been very helpful. The location is right across the street from a mall and a grocery store. It's a 25 minute walk to Fenway or a quick Uber ride. It's also an easy Uber ride to the Waterfront, Quincy Market, North End etc. The bus tours and boat ducks pick up right in front of hotel. We love this hotel.

The front desk was very friendly and was able to help us with our asks regarding the rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, the environment is quiet and noise-free, and the city view is beautiful. Overall our stay has been excellent.
