The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. When we entered the hotel, all documents and room keys were ready. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have children!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The staff are friendly and super helpful but the staff were a minimum of one person at a time so when they went on breaks no one at reception until they came back not the staffs fault but maybe could do with employing more staff to cover and support . The second room as we got moved was bigger and with better conditioned furniture and with a fridge and was more airy and bigger so room was ok and the hotel is convenient walk to the sea front , to buses and trains so was in a great location. Our first room had outdated and shabby furniture , small and dark and the shower was rusted so much as it broke but the staff were very proactive and moved us to a much better room straight wlaway couldn't fault customer service. The pool was lovely and cool , the hot tub was lovely and the sauna was nice but the bench was broken so couldn't sit at the top but otherwise nice that it had these facilities with great open and close times to use the facilities. The hotel for the price is not worth it should be at a lower price as it is in urgent need of repair and drvoragring but if you are after good staff, somewhere central this is the place but I think £255 for two nights was over priced for the standard of the hotel .
The hotel wasn’t like what was advertised on line, pictures well out dated, pool changing rooms VERY dirty and had mold everywhere and smelt like a fish pond.
Sauna and steam room were very unsafe with the tiles lifting in the steam room on the floor.
It had no ways off having a hot meal at the hotel it just had a microwave in a large room, the curtains were ripped and stained.
The whole hotel was run down and felt like I was in a hostel, I stayed for the night and was gone early so I cut my stay very short, what should had been a long weekend away, turn into less then 24 hours before leaving.
Very disappointed and upset.
Very unclean and unsafe !
The tv screen was really too small-could be bigger; the fridge was a good idea-very small indeed-the location was wonderful-very close to the beach. Overall-a very good place to stay!
The 1st room was birty in a nuber of places. 2nd room was much better so thank you to the staff for sorting a 2nd room. The pool was great. Over all the place was ok but could be so much better
Excellent staff. Trying very hard. Hotel in need of refurbishment. Great location. Near station.

Faulty Towers ?
The hotel need to close and have a full refurbishment.one presumes they do not or can not get an alcohol licence as bar only sold soft drinks and coffee.
The windows in our room were filthy and one of the chairs was ripped exposing the padding and the carpet was worn exposing the thread of weave. The staff were pleasant and polite . Our bathroom was nicely tilled with mould on sections of the silicon.
Tea and coffee were supplied in the room and the hotel had a swimming pool which we did not visit.
The hotel overall is very very dated and does not warrant the charge per room per night.
