Step into an idyllically situated vacation home, 700 meters above sea level in the hinterland of the Tigullio region, with a mix of antique and modern furniture. You will feel particularly at home here, as you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the terrace or spend time together in the comfortable interior. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding countryside outside and plan your next activities and excursions.

In the immediate vicinity is beautiful nature, including the area of Monte Ramaceto, where you can climb the mountain peak, or Ente Parco Aveto, which is ideal for hiking. The nearest town is Sestri Levante and Chiavari by the sea, where you can go shopping. If you want to go swimming for a day, lie on the beach or simply drive to the sea, it is 25 km to the sandy beach. If you fancy a day trip, both the city of Genoa and the idyllic Cinque Terre coastal strip are within approx. 57 km. Stroll through one of the largest old towns in Europe in Genoa or through Le Strade Nuove, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Or experience the 5 idyllic villages by the sea in Cinque Terre, hike along the Via dell'Amore hiking trail and sample the local wine along the way.
