Disappointing
We a family of 6 ( 3 adults. 3 children) We came to st.paul ( a 4 hour drive for us) to only stay one night. We work and went on our days off to visit my elderly grandparents. We assumed that the hotel would have basic amenities, body wash? Shampoo and conditioner? They didn’t. You couldn’t even buy any in the lobby. I got to wash with conditioner. We did have PLENTY of that. It was gross and chunky. The bathroom door in one of our rooms was ill fitting swollen and failed to close properly. The other in our room stopped working the morning we left. Our bathroom vent was hanging by a thread placed into an incorrectly cut hole. We did not feel safe given the lack of staff at the front desk when we went down in the evening ( we had to ask for more towels. The room with 3 children and 1 adult had 2 towels). Overall a disappointing stay. It has gone down hill recently and while these things seem minor. The rooms were not cheap. When you’re already stressed and exhausted from a long trip it would be nice to not have to go shopping for small things that should be provided. The handsoap for the bathroom was about the size of a small rock.

Great hotel but needs honest front desk clerks.
The hotel experience was awesome, very clean, pool was awesome, the games room was very cool. Had some troubles with the from desk people. I came in the Friday afternoon to check in and i went to pay for my accommodation and my debit kept decline and i called my bank and solved the issues and i paid and it went through. Saturday i noticed there was another charge from the hotel of the same amount i just paid for my accommodation and i asked the hotel and they kept saying it's the banks issue but it wasn't it was the hotel charging me twice. Wasn't impress with that and at check out the front desk asked me to pay more and i already paid for my room. Sounds like they are scamming for money which isn't right. I was disappointed in that. Need honesty.
