Polite and friendly staff, excellent food & service in the bar. The only downside was the dated room. The hairdryer looked like it was from the sixties, the bathroom was old & tired and the window in the room wouldn’t open. Despite that, it was immaculately clean and the staff made it a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return.

Hotel is great and functional the room wall art is truly dreadful (think 5 year old craft project). Shame they don’t have themed art relating to the fact you are staying in a historic football venue.

We used the hotel for an event at Bolton Stadium, convenient for the short walk around to the suite. Front of house areas are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, our room was tatty and poorly maintained. The window did not open properly, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom and grubby sealant around the bath. Definitely needs some investment in maintenance.
