The issue I had was the first night the TV service was terrible. The rooms were clean, and okay. What needs to be done in the bathtub / shower in the standard room, there needs to be safety bars, without bars the tubs / showers are not safe.

Room smelled like old stale cigarette smoke. Room cards kept failing an ha to recode them. Carpets are stained and smell throughout the facility. I’ve been in worse, it beat sleeping in my rental card.

Great service when I complain there was no coffee pot in the room. The person on duty found me a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, and asked if there was anything else I needed! He also pointed out that when we said we were going to the restaurant across the street that by showing our room key we’d get a 10% discount!

Manager was an angel. The Whole staff was nice and accommodating and welcomed my two kids. They had free breakfast and the housekeepers were so nice, sweet and helpful I felt at home

If you have to stay here….
Our stay there was just because we were driving through. If we were actually staying here for a vaca, we would definitely try somewhere else. The a/c unit was blasting with a room deodorant attached to it. Clean enough to literally sleep for one night and leave. We didn’t bother with breakfast in the am.

Bedding was old and seemed worn out and had dirty feeling to them. Shower was designed for children or adults around 5’ 5” or shorter. Zero vents so the bathroom stay foggy and muggy. AC did not cool well. Breakfast had ZERO meat options (eggs, sausage, bacon) very limited options period. Your choice waffle, cereal, toast or peach yogurt. There are better options near by stay there!

Hotel was ok, staff was great. Both beds were covered in body hair underneath the blankets. It was very clear cleaning staff didn't change the sheets possibly for quite a while as much hair as we had in the sheets.

It was alright, the air conditioning is set for 20 degrees lower than outside, made for no sleep as it was to hot. The price is great, but more than a night I would not recommend. The pool was cool and clean. The room was not bad and beds were comfortable.
