When I checked in staff was friendly and property was clean. The only thing I have to say is that I had schedule a airport shuttle and it was never really scheduled. When I asked in the morning if they could call a shuttle and do a quick pick up he said I wasn't on the schedule and that the airport was a quick 10 minute walk (at 5:15 am which I thought was rude to tell a customer). He did proceeded to call a shuttle. At that same moment a taxi came to the door to drop someone and I was able to get that taxi to take me because my flight was in 30 minutes.

The Rodeway Inn in Boise was not a very clean and they were trying to update it. Dogs barked a lot and the rooms weren’t up to standards was quite disappointed. Needs a complete cleaning from each room and the landscaping was dead and dirty.

This was the dirtiest nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I didn't even stay the 2nd night, I had to leave and find another place to stay. There were bed bugs, dirty towels, strange goops of red all over the walls, the screen was broken and on the ground, the staff was nowhere to be found for help, uncleaned spills of I don't know what on the floor, stains on the side of the bed and that was just the surface of everything wrong with the place. The health department really needs to be involved.

I hate to give any business a bad review but this hotel deserves it solely as a public service. Absolutely filthy! Refrigerator had old food left inside. After taking off my shoes and walking around for a few minutes, the bottoms of my feet turned black! Disgusting. Lots of activity in the parking lot that felt like drug trafficking. If we hadn't prepaid for the room, we most definitely would NOT have slept here. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. This property should NOT be listed by Expedia. It is beneath any human standard and not to mention, EXTREMELY OVER PRICED for the privilege to sleep in filth. AVOID at all cost.

The price was fair. The desk clerk was friendly. Draw backs were there were a lot of stains on the carpet and walls. Ice machine was broke. It looked clean but well used.

When I drove up to the hotel, the front desk agent was away. While I waited, I used the lobby bathroom; it was filthy, no toilet paper, and it had obviously been used by many people throughout the day without cleaning the toilet. It was gross. The agent was nice enough but should have at least worn a nicer tshirt. The hotel and my room were very run down. The grounds were not maintained. There was a good-sized group of people congregating in the parking lot as I came back from dinner. I was glad I did not have to walk by them to get to my room. I felt unsafe. I noticed people just hanging out all around the property where I had visibility to. I did not sleep under the covers as I was afraid of bed bugs. The person in the room above me paced all night long and I did not get any sleep. When I left in the morning, someone had placed a rock on the door jamb to keep it from closing and locking. Who knows who came into that hotel during the night. I couldn't wait to get out of there. This appears to be a rent by the day/week/month property and should be advertised as such. I get that people need a roof over their head, but this is NOT what a solo traveler pays for. I will never stay here again.

Meh.. probably won’t stay here again.
It was an ok stay. It did the job! The beds were not as comfortable. Very flat… the room was decently cleaned, expect for stains on the walls, and the fridge had some thing left over in it from the previous guest. The property itself wasn’t very clean. Overflowing trash cans outside entrances and random people just hanging out in the parking lot. One lady was in a van that appeared to be broken down… she was trying to start it. She finally got the thing started and blared old country music while she chugged 4 shots of fire ball and tossed the empty bottles onto the ground. I must say, this isn’t the worst place I’ve stayed… but it’s not the best either. It was loud, hot and weird! I listened to dogs bark until 2am.. while in my room. The halls are not air conditioned. If you’re looking for a cheap stay this is your place.
