Breakfast was really good, if you got there early. First morning it was almost gone when we got there. Air conditioner was good at keeping room cool. Would have been nicer if it was more consistent in going on and off and or quieter.

The front desk woke us up.

The cleaning products they use must be heavily perfumed. The rooms had a strong floral scent it really bothered my allergies. The two rooms we had were extremely close to the front desk. And on our second night, the front desk called my staff room at 12:30 in the morning to ask them if they were making noise. This was not a trip for fun. It was really important that we were able to sleep. I have no idea why they didn’t walk a few yards down the hall to make sure what room they were calling. But the cat meowing constantly, and the dogs barking wasn’t a concern but people loudly walking that was not us rested in the phone call. We did complain about it. They did refund us $50. But I think they should’ve refunded us entirely for that night for that room. Because the whole point of having the hotel is having somewhere peaceful to sleep.

It wasn’t the best hotel in the Wyndham family The Front desk person had to move us as the fridge in the room we were originally in didn’t work & the smoke alarm get chirping it was also very outdated & didn’t have an elevator so if you don’t t mind stairs then it’s up to you

When I walked in thru the broken door I sensed something was wrong. And there was. ADA non-compliant- could not get thru second door - automatic broken. Banged up doors and walls. Paint and caulking- I could do better. Busted “blinds”. Electrical — extension cords for appliances. I have CPAP. Difficult to find plug in. When I did had external plug with 6 plug ins, the kind you use at home. Wouldn’t he surprised is electrical fire occurred. Bathroom lighting like my doc's exam room-too bright. This place should not have been open until basics fixed. So many other problems. Also others in wing were up all nite, talking and yelling loudly and slamming doors. All my other stays at La Quinta have been just fine and I expected the same quality here. I will never recommend this place. It’s unsafe and I got out there as soon as I could.
