The hotel was nice and clean. The room didn’t have a working exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nor did our room have a window that we could open. Therefore the room was musty and damp.

Dried blood on pillowcase, both headboards had peeling material, shower water pressure was low, room door swung open and kept hitting closet mirror upon entry, and room door did not shut unless you pulled on door handle from outside or pushed on it to close from inside. Floors were sticky at breakfast and no cookies at check in because they didn’t have any.

Our room needed some minor maintenance; the bathtub wouldn't drain. The evening staff was excellent and attentive, but the daytime staff wore earbuds and avoided eye contact. The hotel has a great location. We were in town for our son's graduation from NLC.
