Mold in bathroom on ceiling. No hot water. Too much water pressure in shower it hurt coming out of the shower head. Front desk people were rude and answered 3 phone calls instead of asking someone to hold and help the line in the lobby.

My husband and son checked in at 1:30am after a long day of traveling. Insisted on having form filled out and my photo and photos of my credit card. I thought that was the advantage of booking through Hotels. Room was paid for, they had my confirmation email, same last names as me, they had their own credit card for incidentals. Had to call me at 2:30am my time to get me to comply with photo and scan form and email back to them. Seemed ridiculous.

Good overall the place was clean and the pool was nice but a little cold. The kids liked it. The breakfast was a solid continental breakfast and we were overall satisfied.

Close to the airport and highway, so easy to come back and rest after outtings. Unfortunately we had some neighbors upstairs that sounded like they were jumping off the dresser onto the floor. Besides that, it was quiet. Only 2 jets working in the hottub. Breakfast was bad... scrambled egg BLOCK instead of fluffy. Butter was frozen solid and stuck together. Watery AWFUL tasting gravy. Generic sausage links, not bacon, like in website picture, but that was the best thing.
