The Apartment is a light and spacious open plan Roof Apt with a sleeping platform equipped with a King size bed. The Rental price for the Apt is for 2 people, but two extra people can be accommodated at €12 per person/night.
The living area has a sofa and armchair, two IKEA "Stack Beds" (which can be used as single or a double bed or a couch), a dining table, and a small kitchen, with Stove and Oven. The private Bathroom is equipped with a Shower and Toilet. Bedding and towels are all provided. The Apt has Satellite TV, and free WiFi, and is equipped with heat and smoke alarms. Please note the access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase that was installed in the 1960's, and this may prove challenging for small children.
Visitors are welcome to use the large garden at any time, but please respect the neighbours. Off-street parking is available in front of the garage, and on the grass adjacent.
Shops are a few minutes walk away, as are Restaurants and Cafes. There is a great place for kids to play in the river near the Danica Camp site (also just a few minutes walk); the river is warm and shallow during the summer and perfectly safe. Bikes and Fishing gear can be obtained from shops at the end of the road, where there is also an Ice Cream shop / Cafe with arguably the best ice cream in the world, (all the ice cream is home made, using milk from the local farms). Rafting and Kayaking is available from the Danica Car Park.
Keys are collected from/returned to the office of LD Turizem, which is on the right side of the road as you enter the Town from Bled. LD Turizem also collect the Tourist Tax due (Adults €2.50, Children 7-18 years €1.25 per night), and will reconcile any problems you have with the Apt. http://ld-turizem.si
A FREE bus service to the Lake and other destinations runs from the Danica Park and Ride Car Park (a few minutes walk from the Apartment). You can find full information about Bohinj, including transport on this website:- https://promet.bohinj.si/en/use
Tourist Tax is collected on Check In, by LD Turizem. Current rate for 2024 is €2.50 per adult per night and €1.25 per child per night(7-18). There is no charge for Children under 7.

very good appartment - has everything you need. when you arrive sunday, you cant get the keys without calling their private phone, which we found at the (closed) torism office. But worked out well in the end.

Wunderschöner Ort
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalsort und Ausgangsort für tolle Wanderungen, Ausflüge zu wunderbaren Seen und auch zur Hauptstadt. Vor Ort kann man am nahegelegenen Fluss baden und verweilen. Außerdem bekommt man alles. Rund um empfehlenswert!

Der Triglav NP vor der Tür
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist klein aber, im Grunde ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es stand sogar noch ein "Doppelbett" im Wohn-Schlafraum, welches auf den Bilder nicht ersichtlich war, so musste man das Sofa nicht umbauen. Der Schlafraum im Dach ist ok, nur die Treppe recht steil und man kann nur in der Mitte stehen. Aber so schlimm ist das nicht. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, gibt es keine Duschkabine, sodass man schon aufpassen muss nicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser zusetzen. Was wir nicht gefunden haben sind die Gartenmöbel. Die Lage ist super. Sehr ruhig und es gibt 2 Supermärkte in wenigen Metern zu erreichen. Man ist auch schnell in Bled oder im Triglav NP. Der Kontakt zum Tourismusbüro war super. Fewo ist zu empfehlen.

Für zwei Wanderer geht`s
Saubere Unterkunft, gut und zentral gelegen. zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht, nur ein Bett bezogen? Im oberen Schlafbereich lichte Höhe 1,90 m und dann Dachschräge im 45 ° Winkel, also nur kriechen. Treppen sind für Kinder zu steil und im Hausflur zu gefährlich. Kein Balkon aber Gartennutzung mit nur einer Bank ohne Tisch?? W-Lan geht am ersten Tag und fällt dann aus, erst am letzten Tag geht es wieder... Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt.

Unser Aufenthalt in B.B.
Wir waren drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Übergabe und Rücknahme über LD Turizem funktioniert freundlich und absolut unkompliziert, das ist sehr gut. Man kommt schnell zu Fuß zum Bäcker, den nahegelegenen Supermärkten und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und eher dörflich. Gute Voraussetzungen für gute Erholung. Vielmehr als in der Ferienwohnung zu frühstücken ist aber schon etwas herausfordernd. Die Küche ist sehr klein und hat nur das Nötigste an Küchenutensilien. Das sollte man wissen und dann ist das auch kein Problem. Auch finde ich erwähnenswert, dass die Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock ist und eine sehr steile Treppe hinaufführt. Für uns war das in Ordnung, vielleicht stellt das für andere Personen eine Schwierigkeit dar. Gerne wieder
