The reason to stay at this hotel is because it is located 5 minutes from the airport and it has a shuttle. They give you a number to call to be picked-up at the airport, but no one answers. Very disappointed. Then they offer you upgrades and discounts for food, but the service is extremely slow and the food is just OK. The room was oK. The shuttle the next morning was fine.

Rather long process at check-in, but that seems to be the case with every hotel in Colombia plus the need to pay the extra tax on top of the hotel charge. Otherwise clean hotel, nice property and a good bed. Also very high water pressure.

El hotel se ve que ya tiene sus años, si bien las instalaciones estan bien, pero en las habitaciones ya se notan años de uso. Es muy conveniente cerca del aeropuerto y tienen un buen sistema de Shuttle desde y hacia el aeropuerto

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend visiting the spa for a relaxing massage, and the on-site restaurant offers a fantastic selection of delicious dishes.
