El hotel es terrible. En primer lugar, antes de hacer la reserva en línea, llamamos directamente al hotel para preguntar si necesitábamos incluir a un niño de 8 años en la reserva de una suite para 3 personas. El hombre nos informó que no, ya que los niños no pagan. Sin embargo, el día que reservé el hotel, el personal me informó de que si el niño tenía más de 6 años, teníamos que pagar costos adicionales. Les informé que la única razón por la que reservé este hotel en lugar de mi habitación habitual era que el niño se aloja gratis, lo que en la mayoría de los hoteles de 5 estrellas se paga por la cantidad de personas que se alojan en la habitación. Me llevó más de una hora argumentar mi caso con el gerente de relaciones con el cliente para que reconocieran su propio error. A pesar de que teníamos la fecha y la hora de la llamada, dijeron que no podían saber quién estaba trabajando cuando nos informaron de esto. El personal de recepción ni siquiera se disculpó por el error de un miembro de su personal. La habitación en sí está muy anticuada. Una toalla no estaba limpia y la ropa de cama tenía marcas. Había un botón de ropa en el baño junto al lavabo. El frigorífico tenía una pulgada de agua en el fondo, donde estaban las botellas. El desayuno no era muy variado. El pan estaba viejo y rancio y no era de buena calidad. Esto está muy por debajo de la media de los hoteles de 4 estrellas de Colombia. Aún así, el hotel no se ha disculpado por su error, que me costó más de una hora

The staff are friendly but most Colombians are. Furthermore the service industry is excellent so having friendly staff is a given. The bad: The hotel needs serious maintenance: Bathroom door didn’t close (out of frame) Bathroom light blinked a lot until it stayed on. I had to hit the button several times for it to work. Super noisy rooms on the side of the street with dated sound proofing. Worst and most uncomfortable matress I ever slept in a hotel and I’ve slept in some bad ones. Breakfast was fine but it took them 25 minutes to make an omelette. I saw the three waiters chatting with the cook. When I asked for my order he had not even started it. So I didn’t eat breakfast on my way to the airport. The good: Restaurant is decent and convenient Staff are nice Diverse set if facilities
