They were so nice to me, the attention to detail and genuine customer service was almost surprising. It was so next level. I was sad I had to leave, I truly love this place. Forever a fan of this establishment.

The hardware can only be rated as four-star at most, not five-star as listed. The location is both good and bad, good for its central location in the old city but bad because the street in front of it is blocked for auto traffic. We had to lug our bagage to the entry door while the taxi had little space and time for parking at the intersection. The kitchen stuff stands out for excellence while the front desk service is good. Workers' English is irregular, some very good while others not as good--one must seek out the better ones for help.

OK hotel, overrated.

I arrived 30 minutes early and was told room not available. When I came back an hour later, a huge group had arrived and nobody could get me my key. After that, multiple people were allowed to check in before me, despite waiting in line. There was no effort to explain checkout, spa, or water - and when I asked about water, I was told to take bottles from the minibar - which I was then charged $8 a bottle for! The rooms are sizeable and decent enough - but the wifi is poor. The area is good and it feels safe - but I would choose a different hotel next time.

The location was great and the historic property looked nicely. However, the room was very small and bathroom was tiny. The amenities were outdated. The major concern was the noise during the night. Stayed there for 3 nights, none of them was a peaceful. I wouldn’t recommend for those who wish to have a good night sleep.

This is a decent hotel. Unfortunately, many of the staff at the front desk do not speak English so communication is limited unless you know Spanish. Decent breakfast bar.
