The stay was good, except the massage. We have been told that it costs 80,000 cp, however when the lady arrived, she asked for 180,000 cp!! She arrived 15 minutes late and despite the fact that we asked upfront if she is a professional, she was not ! My husband could better do a massage!! It is dangerous to send somebody who doesn’t know anything about massage for this job! Also, she charged us $47 per hour while I get the best massage in the United States for $100 and everything in Columbia is much cheaper! Please be careful and not use their massage services .

The windows do not close properly and the sounds from the street can be loud. I didn't notice noise from adjoining rooms before and had a particularly loud neighbor revealing house they have sound issues. I've been here in several occasions and never noticed. Toilet paper holder is installed backwards and the paper falls off easily when you pull on it to use it. Breakfast is always good and with freshly made eggs of many variations a bonus. The staff there are very accommodating too. There's lots of good restaurants close by and more particularly Masa and Olivia. Very walkable to the shopping and safe in the evening.

The hotel is located near the Andino shopping center where lots of restaurants and bars are surrounding the area. I walked at night and felt safe, did not at any time feel threatened. The only issue i had was there was no hot water, just warm. Other than that, the staff were friendly and the location is good. Would definitely recommend.

There was no hair dryer in my room. And the safe was broken. I have never encountered a more unfriendly staff. Perhaps it's because they did not speak English. And the free breakfast in the morning was just average. I would not stay here again
