The property was acceptable, but the room I received was too small, and the bathroom lacked essential items. The sink was located outside, leaving no place to wash hands after using the bathroom. I have mixed feelings about the staff; while some were amazing and very helpful, others were rude and appeared to harbor negative feelings toward me. Additionally, I had a terrible experience with Expedia when booking this hotel. I reserved a king-sized room and paid an extra $79, but my reservation was changed to a smaller room, and I was never reimbursed for the additional charges. This will be my last time using Expedia. I view it as a platform filled with fraud and deception. I recommend that anyone using Expedia takes screenshots to verify their bookings. For me, I will never use Expedia again.
