This hotel is fine if you’re not picky but I am. This review therefore is for people who care about details and customer service. I called the day of my stay to inquire about the shuttle service and the person on the phone was not very nice to me. Bordering on rude. When I arrived I was also not greeted very warmly either. The room was very nice and quite comfortable. Especially the bed. When I tried to make myself a coffee in the morning, the machine wouldn’t even plug into the wall. At checkout staff were not friendly either. For all these reasons, I would not stay here again. There are plenty of other options close to the airport.
