We have stayed at the EK for at least 8/9 times that we visited Bogotá, the Hotel and the staff are excellent, the location is safe and very close to all types of dinning and very secure, we highly recommend this Hotel, but they didn’t honor our VIP benefits was the only downfall

Wonderful location. Walkable to shopping and dining. Situated on a park. Lush and green a mini oasis in the city. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. And everyone is super nice. Also we felt very safe there.

I like this hotel because of the variety of restaurants that surround it on the same block and the convenience of commerce around it. It is close to three large shopping centers, and all of them are walkable

No regreso a ese hotel. Nos entregaron la habtitacion casi a las 10 pm porque sobrevendieron esa noche. Y lo peor de todo fue el mal educado grocero del manager del hotel Leonardo Mendez. El señor casi que nos hecho del hotel porque le dijimos que no estabamos de acuerdo con el servicio y nos dijo pues sino les gusta vayanse a otro hotel! Pesimo! De pesimo! A los dueños del EK controlen al personal que contratan. Y fuimos un grupo de casi 7 habitaciones!

When we arrived the hotel didn’t have the room ready. They told us that the room was going to be ready at 10 pm. This was terrible we couldn’t get ready for the things we has plan. Also, it was short staffed for the breakfast. The manager was disrespectful
