Everything from check in to checkout was exceptional. The staff was outstanding.The facility was excellently maintained. And don't get me started on the restaurant and room service!!!!! Poor checkout experience....This is an "airport" hotel, which should make them efficient at early morning checkout or at least allow for express checkout. They had neither. There was one frontdesk clerk at 5:45AM, 10 rooms checking out and a guard making sure you could not leave if you did not checkout....the shuttle left, so we had take a cab....Never staying here again !!!
