This was by far one of the worst properties I have stayed in my entire travel life. I have clear reasons to be upset and frustrated. The major one being- I was checked into a room where the AC was not working. Worse, it turned out that the property knew while I was being checked in that the AC was not working and the chances of repair during my two day stay- was negligible. But yet, absolutely NO word about the defect at check-in, NO warning, NO apologies, NO regret, NO accountability to a paying customer! This is a different level of high handed ness and deceitful behavior. In short, almost all my time spent in my room was spent in engaging with the hotel staff in trying to solve a problem which they knew couldnt be solved - and yet I was kept in the dark. This is indeed no way to treat any customer.

The bed is comfortable. The pool was nice but cold. Also you have to wear or buy a swim hat. The food and drinks are average. The taxis are great and great prices.

I like very much this hotel. Besides usual utilities they have sauna and turcu facility, pool, and spa service. It is situated very close to Parke93 with its resonances, and has a service to drive you back to airport after the end of your stay. Breakfast is excellent!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only think I didn't like was the noise from a venue that extended very late into the night. I don't think that is fair for guests who are trying to sleep. The food was very good but the coffee needs to be more accessible at breakfast. The cups were clearly marked.

Over all the hotel is very nice, the problems were poor room service . The tub leaked and the carpet was wet and we weren’t moved to a new room nor was the carpet dried completely! This was a hazard going to tile with wet feet? After complaining it was fixed but I should not have to explain the hazards of wet floors!

Location is really close to parque on calle 93. Lots of places you can walk to. Never felt unsafe. Has the sauna and pool, which after a long day of exploring really helps relax those muscles.
