This was my first time in Bogotá. I booked this hotel and I do not regret it a bit. Staff is super friendly and very easy going. My room was cleaned every day without me needing to ask. Breakfast is included which is also nice. Overall I really loved my stay here. I will be coming here in the future for my stays.

It was the nicest hotel. Blackout curtains were the nicest I had ever seen. We stayed at a hotel with a hot tub in the center of the room and it was nice. Sauna was great and gym was very great. Breakfast was ok because eggs was extra

Everything was really nice. My suggestion is to communicate properly. There is a language barrier when it comes from Spanish to English. Also watch out for hidden fees. My bill included tips and I had already given tips. But was only like $20 so it wasn’t worth the hassle. Other than that, it was great! The staff is great doesn’t matter in the morning evening or night and all the wonderful. I had an issue and they resolved quick.
