A beautiful lodge all on one level consisting of a bedroom with a superking bed, bathroom offering a bathtub and large walk in rainfall shower cubicle, open plan kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, dining area and living room. Outside there is parking and small garden.The area is nestled in a beautiful unspoilt valley in rural Cornwall. This property is new and has views across the valley and a sense of calm and peacefulness that is rarely found nowadays. There is a balcony where you can sit and ponder ,have your breakfast out here or just look at the fantastic sunsets with a glass of bubbly. Wadebridge with it's famous camel trail is a 10 min drive away. Padstow 20 mins. We are practically in the centre of Cornwall so anywhere is accessible.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a dryer and an iron/ironing board.
