Lovely to return
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage in 2020 so much that we returned this year. The cottage is very cosy and quirky, we love the garden but potential visitors should be aware of steep steps up to the garden.

Quaint and quirky
Photos of this cottage don't do it justice. Its so full of character, and surprises, as rooms lead onto more rooms. It is equipped with everything you could want. The garden is very private and mature with a choice of seating options. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and although they live nearby were never intrusive. I can highly recommend this property for a visit to Cornwall.

Relaxing stay
Church view is a lovely cottage in a quiet but friendly village. I don’t believe the photos online do the property justice. It’s traditional design and decor make it feel cosy and welcoming. The hosts are very friendly and available throughout. I would highly recommend church view if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Just lovely
We had a lovely autumn break at Church View which exceeded expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent and to discover a generous cream tea and fresh flowers awaiting our arrival was the perfect start to our holiday. We can’t wait to book again and hopefully at a time when the weather is kinder and we can make full use of the lovely private garden.

Lovely cottage in Cornwall
Pleasantly surprised by the leafy garden and sheltered terrace for alfresco meals under the Cornish sunshine. Cottage was pretty and comfortable. Pleased the owners also love dogs! The church bells on Sunday were charming; only the locals were even more charming. Pearl’s 89th birthday at the cottage opposite was celebrated by the whole village. How sweet! Overall good value and not overpriced given the location (unlike some cottages).

Lovely, clean well maintained cottage with a beautiful garden. Completely secure so safe for dogs. A drive 10 minutes takes you to lots of village/coastal walks/. Owner communicated thoroughly prior to our holiday and handed over the key and we wasn’t disturbed all week and had everything we needed.

Absolutely excellent property, Dianne & Trish were there for anything we needed. Very clean
We could not have asked for a better property for our recent holiday. Dianne & Trish go above and beyond to make their gorgeous cottage homely, everything in the cottage was so lovely especially the wonderful garden that my wife fell in love with. Set in St Teath it was a fantastic opportunity to explore north and south Cornwall. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

Perfect getaway
We had a lovely time at this cottage. It has everything that you need and is like a home from home, it was really cosy and close to all the attractions. The garden is delightful and we loved eating out there. The local butcher is great and we had a delicious Sunday roast and there were plenty of trays and pans to cook it. The village is really sweet, good pub, people were friendly and the owners were really helpful.

Our Stay at Church View
We were so in need of a relaxing break. This fitted the bill perfectly, either staying in and sitting by the log fire and also served as a great location for the beach and restaurants. Dianne and Trish proved to be the perfect hosts. We will return!

Beautiful grade 2 listed cottage
Although the week we booked consisted of mainly heavy rain, this cottage was a delight to get back inside and light the log fire and get all dry, warm and cosy. When we did venture into the garden it was very interesting with lots of different and unusual plants. The cottage was very clean and has been fitted out to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in North Cornwall.

The cottage was a beautiful, clean, old yet fully modernised property. It had everything we needed for a great week from BBQ to Dishwasher. Thanks to Dianne for the flowers in the rooms and a welcome pack of a few groceries (everything for a cream tea). Great location for lots of great beaches and days out,

Our amazing holiday
Dianne and Trisha's cottage is lovely. It was very clean and homely. My children and mother in law loved the beautiful garden. The village is ideally located to visit many of the tourist locations, but also allowed us to 'get away from it all' at the end of the day. As a nurse I feel that the owners have done everything possible to make the property COVID secure. Thank you for a amazing holiday.

Cosy Cottage in village
Cottage nice and cosy and surprisingly spacious. We Loved the flagstone floors and log burner. Back garden is a great little sun trap in the mornings we managed to sit out under the canopy despite the weather being rainy during our week stay in July. The Cottage is within easy reach of the north Cornwall coastline. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Clean large and comfortable
The cottage was lovely and comfortable and such a good place for a base to visit lots of places. The village pub served great food and full of really friendly people. Did and Trish, the owners made a welcoming hamper of tea, clotted cream and scones. We were really surprised how large the cottage was and loved how comfortable it was. We would definitely recommend it
