Blue Heron Cottage w/Oceanfront and Private trails

Experience the allure of the Blue Heron, one of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Heat and A/C, TV and WIFI. An elevated outdoor deck overlooking the waterfront. An easy walk to the waterfront to visit the pergola and dock (seasonal). This cottage is open year-round. Each cottage has its own parking space.

Our cottages contain a living room and full kitchen, two bedrooms, and one washroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, dresser, and black out curtains.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river (seasonal). At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We also have a fire pit common area.

We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, Ministers Island, whale watching, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.

At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained by a professional landscaper.

Guests enjoy full access to the pergola at the waterfront, and walking trails located on the property. 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons. Each cottage deck comes with outdoor table, chairs, and BBQ. Each cottage has one private parking space.
This cottage is open year-round and comes fully equipped with an electric fireplace, heat, TV, and WIFI.
MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. This cottage must NOT exceed 5 people.

The cottages have a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. Also included complimentary coffee/tea.
Bedrooms - queen size beds, night stands, and dresser.
Bathroom - tub/shower, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, large circle chair.

We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay.

Our accommodations are meant to offer guests a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. To ensure each guest has a wonderful experience here at Rocky Point Farms Cottages, please read the following house rules and guidelines:
MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. This cottage must NOT exceed 5 people. If 5 people are a necessity please bring a cot or an air mattress.
Please close all windows when leaving.

SMOKERS: No smoking of any kind indoors. No smoking or vaping on deck.
Smokers, please put all butts in a disposable container.

INVITING FRIENDS: Total number of people at each cottage at any time is a maximum of 8 and no unregistered guests after 10pm. Kayaks and hot tubs are intended for Guest use only.

Blue Heron Cottage 1 and Tidal Tranquility Cottage 2 are non-pet friendly.
Compass Cove Cottage 3 and The Hideaway Cottage 4 are pet-friendly.
