What a great place! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Beautifully decorated, nice clean and comfy room, lovely people, good location with access to Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Moab, Arches and Mesa Verde. And don't be fooled by the "continental" breakfast. They had EVERYTHING -- delicious pockets, chia pudding, homemade cinnamon rolls, and all the other stuff you might want. Five stars all around! (Only downside is there is just not a lot in Blanding, but you're not there for Blanding anyway.)

The property looked newly remodeled. The decor was fresh and new. Great bathroom space. Nice linens. Could have used a mirror in the room and some more hooks for hanging things. Great and very comfortable space!

For the price, this is an excellent hotel option. The property is an old-style, one-story roadside motel that was completely refurbished and redecorated during COVID. Bathrooms, beds, floors, interior and exterior appearance are all new. Nice southwestern vibe to the room decor. Perfectly clean. Above-average breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit small, but hey, they don't charge like the Four Seasons. And there was room enough to accommodate our needs.

Our attractive room was very clean and the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. There were a variety of breakfast menu offerings, including freshly made cinnamon buns, and we had the option of enjoying our meal in the flower-filled back yard. The manager was very accommodating.

Hoosiers on Parks tour
National parks tour pit stop, choosing to avoid the mass congestion in Moab. Instead, drive an hour further south to Blanding. Motel was small but cute — string lights to enliven the outdoor area. Continental breakfast in the morning. Small, but clean rooms. Very satisfied with the decision to avoid Moab. For dinner, stopped at a little drive in hamburger joint — tasty. Would absolutely stay again.

Great service
I wanted to check in early because I was very ill and just needed to crawl into a bed and sleep. The woman at the check in desk didn't think she could do that but she called the owner and did accommodate my request. I was so grateful and spent the next 18 hours sleeping! Felt much better the next day. I really appreciated their understanding and assistance!
