Friendly staff, cheap lodging, loud a/c though.
Was exploring the area and needed a place with a shower after several days boondocking. Nothing fancy, friendly staff and a restaurant on the property made it a quick stop. Seemed like a place that was popular with on-the-road contractors and crews with their work trucks in the parking lot. Needed earplugs with the loud a/c though.

You can do better
You can do a lot better. Room was good sized with table and chairs, king bed and love seat. But furniture was old, scratched. The bed was comfortable but the bed skirt was torn, stained and dragged on the ground. We could not find a way to turn off the bathroom light no matter what we did. Breakfast area had limited options and not a single table to eat - maybe you were supposed to take your food back to your rooms to eat? Poorest room I've been to in years.

It was very economical, so we weren't expecting great facilities. It was kind of run-down, but it was pretty clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The person working in the office was very nice. We'd stay there again, especially since we were in an apartment, so we enjoyed having a kitchen, though, luckily we were equipped for camping and had some of our own dishes, because there were no spoons and the cups were so dirty we wouldn't use them.

Older but Comfortable
Although an older property, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean! The beds were very pillowy and comfortable! If you like a hard bed, you probably wont like these! The breakfast was simple, mainly cereal or oatmeal. The night worker was very friendly and even provided us eith extra pillows. My only dislike was the morning front desk. They were a bit short and need to work in their customer service. Overall though a comfortable stay at a great price.

Comfortable
Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Extra pillows and towels already in room. Shower was not sealed properly and tiles were loose on bathroom floor which made for a wet, slippery mess! Definitely needs a bathroom overhaul. WiFi or TV didn’t work at all, possibly due to storm before our arrival.
