Only opened since May, so a sparkly clean and modern Holiday Inn. All very convenient as it’s now next to a tram terminus and next to the train station and across the road is a car park. Very happy with our stay - just a slight niggle with staff who whilst were hard workers, they seemed at times to be uncoordinated between themselves - maybe they’re still feeling their way. Did find it a bit odd to get the room serviced in the early evening. But all in all, a great stay.

The staff were excellent, kind and attentive. The rooms were great and clean. Lots of shops and easy to access. Trams to go pleasure beach etc was just nearby. And also Blackpool north station was just a minute walk from the hotel.

The sheet had a stain on them and the sofa was dirty, the bedside table had a finger nail and some dried liquid stains. The room was pretty warm because the air con wasn’t working properly, for which either of my children couldn’t sleep including me and my wife

The bedroom was huge and enough room for my mobile scooter, very clean and everything in it that I needed, fridge for my insulin and a safe for your money. Staff are excellent right down to the cleaners in the rooms. Just a bit pricey for the drinks and no car park which was a shame. Breakfast was fantastic

It’s quite simply now the best hotel in Blackpool. The most modern, clean, relaxing and value for money plus it’s at the total opposite end from the three proper hotels meaning it’s closer to the train station, the shops, the sights and the high street which make this the #1 hotel in the area. Looking forward to going back as long as it doesn’t get above its station price wise like one of the other more recently built establishments at the pleasure beach. Keep up the good work!

Staff were very helpful an polite, was able to leave luggage before check in. Room was lovely an very clean. Air con was great, much needed in the hot weather we had. Also room was so quiet, even though there is traffic outside. An you couldnt even hear other guests in hotel. Breakfast was great too an would definitely stay again.
