Broken air con heating the room around 23 degrees all night, phoned reception twice and were assured somebody was coming to fix the unit, nobody ever arrived. The toilet flowed water constantly, we were positioned near the stairs with noise from 10-11pm. The queue for breakfast was around 25 minutes and sat in a board room with not atmosphere. When we complained about nobody attending to our room we were told “oh sorry, we will report this for repair” honestly stay in a. B&B for £45 and spend the remainder having fun, it’s a beautiful hotel but lack of assistance and concern.

Very nice staff, approachable helpful and kind. I had my toddler with me and my phone switched off too, while looking for parking as I got back very late. The reception staff found me a charger so I could contact my husband and helped me soo much. I am very grateful. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Slow check in/out, need more staff. Parking at £17 for 24 hrs. Very modern hotel, however bathroom door was broken, sliding door that wouldn’t stay shut, apart from that room was very comfortable and clean. Good location, quiet. Wasn’t too keen on breakfast, not much choice and very busy

Very disappointed with our stay this year in blackpool for my grandsons annual birthday treat. We picked the hilton as a more expensive option due to the fact that it provided air conditioning, and free wi fi. Our room's a.c. didnt work, and the wi fi was not working. After the 3rd time of asking on our 1st night at reception for the a.c.to be fixed, We were given a fan and told that maintenance would be looking at it. The fan was of no use, as the room was so hot due to the curtains being open and the sun shining into the room all day, and no windows to open, it just ciculated hot air. That night i had no sleep whatsoever due to my menopause, and heat regulation. My grandson struggled to sleep also. The following day, i asked again and was told that an engineer had been contacted. Again no one came. But the internet was back on. I asked at reception again, and was told the same. Our 3rd day, exactly the same. On the final day one of the lifts was out of order, it was chaos. I tried to use the hilton ap to get the air conditioning looked at, but thecrobot just said that a member of the team would respond. Again, nothing. Next year, we will definitely book somewhere else.

We had flown in from the USA arriving early at the property (4hrs) before check in and the young man on reception organised the room to be cleaned so that we could have an early check in which really helped us out with our jet lag. Just a 5 minute walk to the pleasure beach and easy access to the tram system.

Lovely hotel with easy walking distance to the pleasure beach. Had a few items missing from our room (not enough towel, cups and no tea spoons) but the staff sorted it all out straight away. Amazing breakfast but it gets very busy so going early is advisable.

The over all experience was awful we couldn’t get our room until 4.35 and were then given us another lower grade room with no view on the ground level the staff were lovely but the management need a really good shake up people were quing outside the door to book in , I would not stay or recommend this hotel again
