The room was not properly cleaned. There were urine stains on the bathroom floor, visible water damage and water stains in the room, and what appeared to be mold. The carpets were dirty with stains and patches of dried mud throughout. Even the bedding had marks on it, and the bed skirt was covered with noticeable white stains.

Staff was a bit rude. The pool area was super cold. The tub in the bathroom would barely drain, the toilet ran a lot. There was trash in the room and under the beds. Not enough towels. Mattresses were horrible.

Staff was great, check-in was fast. Room was fine and clean. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The building itself and furniture are definitely outdated but I had a good stay overall. Also enjoyed that they had hard boiled eggs for breakfast, definitely better than most hotel breakfasts in general.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace. Filthy, and does not look at all like the photos indicate. The bedding was in shreds. Mold around the dirty tub. Mold around the windows with ripped screens. The TV screen was covered in dried liquid. We checked in, saw the room, took photos and checked out immediately. I have never seen a disgustingly dirty hotel in all my life.

The hallways and room were not clean at all. The room had dust dangling from the popcorn ceiling. The hallways had pieces of garbage in it thst was there the entiry of our 2 night stay. The pool had black scum at the bottom of a wall inside the pool. When we first checked in, our room was the furthest away from the front desk and both key cards didn't work. Breakfast was included, hence the reason we give it 2 stars.

The front staff was really rude immediately when we arrived. The lobby was dirty and full of trash, with wrappers and dirt all over the stairs and dirty cups and glasses on many surfaces. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and made irregular noises even on low fan which woke us up several times. I wouldn't stay here again when there are many other options nearby.
