The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly. There was some minor cleanliness issues in the public areas (plant life was unkept with some dirt and debris in the hallways and the elevator). The onsite restaurant was great with a very attentive staff.

New facility and clean. They need help with professional counter help. Got bill wrong and never got it exactly right but tired of asking. They use AI app to hit your phone to constantly (5 times one day) ask you to tip valet which I do in cash and really irritates me. Stop doing this.

Great location and overall nice property. Our room was average. Slightly dirty bathroom upon checking. No remote control and room phone to contact front desk was broken. After 30 min no one had addressed the issue and we had to go back to lobby and ask again. They finally gave us a remote from another room. The TV kept cutting in and out and freezing from satellite connection. Affected ability to watch college football games. Asked for manager to review our complaints and still haven’t heard from them.
