The property was safe and I can tell they are headed in a better direction. The only issue was a little rust on the lamps, the floors need to be mopped, and the linen was stained.

Out of town visit
When I arrived I checked in, I had to ask where my room was because I was not told. I got to my room and the door wouldn’t properly close unless it was slammed. I had a non smoking room but the people next to me were smoking because I smelled it through my room. No elevator to up and down as I was on the third floor with multiple bags of luggage. The tub and toilet was not the most clean either. Front desk staff just not very friendly.

Coffee maker malfunctioned and leaked very hot water onto the Coffee maker tray. Lobby coffee condiments did not have any additional creamer when the creamer was empty! This was at 7:30am!

I would stay here again
Our stay was okay. The room and service was fine it was just the other guest that had us a bit worried. The guest next door was loud around 4 in the morning and it sound like someone threw a rock at our door. Also there wasn't anywhere to park when we came back from a concert at night. We had to wait for car to leave. I would stay here again though.
