Hello,
I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The room conditions and service were unacceptable.
When I checked in, the room was not clean. The toilet was clogged, and the shower curtain was so short that water spilled on both sides — I even had to hold one side to prevent the bathroom from flooding. I also requested a towel, but no one brought it to my room, so I had to go down from the 4th floor just to get one.
On top of that, the TV did not work at all, and the room phone was also not working. I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk, but every time I called, it just rang and went straight to a full voicemail box.
I had two nights reserved, but because of all these issues, I had to cancel the second night. I appreciate that you refunded the second night, but I am requesting a refund for the first night as well due to the extremely poor conditions and lack of service.
This experience was very disappointing, and I hope you can resolve this matter promptly.
