The room was great. The team left me a special treat in the room as I was staying there on my birthday. The ONLY thing that marks the hotel down is the bar- waited about 5 minutes for a staff member to appear. We didn’t bother ordering a second drink as the staff member disappeared and we watched another couple waiting and waiting and waiting to be served…

Water pressure awful, shower/bath and sink would run for 20-30 seconds before stopping and then starting again. In room AC wouldn't go low enough (lowest was 19⁰c). Gym was closed but this loss of amenity wasn't reflected in a reduction in price .
