Horrible!
We stopped at this location just after midnight on our way to a beach family vacation. I had booked the room on Hotels.com (on my app) I am on Eastern Time and it was 1AM. However the room was on Central time. The clerk informs me that we are in different time zones and that the 2 min difference had actually caused the room to be reserved for the following day therefore check in was at 3PM (4PM my time). He had available rooms and had just checked an individual in in front of me. I was denied the services I paid for. He then smirked and informed me that I would not get a refund and I could stay there IF I wanted to pay for another room. I contacted Hotels.com who said they requested a refund and it was denied. This location stole my money. They denied services and refused to refund the funds when they admitted it was a simple mistake based on the app reserving the room due to the time zone! I travel FREQUENTLY for work. I will NEVER use this hotel chain or Hotels.com again. I will be sure to share the review they both deserve with my colleagues nationwide.

The outside of the building is super rough. The breakfast was terrible, no eggs, no bacon. No protein. The man that checked me in was kinda gruff, not welcoming. It was 11:30pm.

This is definitely a no-frills hotel but the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work and there was no one at the front desk to speak to about a replacement. Overall, it’s a great value for your money.

You won’t get the room you want
Booked a king non smoking room. Got a double queen room. That did not matter, what mattered was I got a smoking room as all non smoking rooms were occupied. I booked at 9pm with a 10pm check in. At booking there were non smoking rooms… other than that it was cheap and dry.

Got there to the hotel and they couldn’t find my reservation for an 30-45 mins and then they put us in an uncleared room. Had to go back to the front tell them and then they put me in another room and at least the beds was clean in this one but the floors under the bed was so dirty! Probably won’t stay at this one again!
