The plumbing was awful. Sink wouldn't drain, shower wouldn't drain, toilet barely flushed and immediately clogged. And the best part, there were roaches. I would have asked for my money back if the staff spoke English and communicated better. Upon check out I tried to speak to the female desk representative and she acting as if she couldn't understand.

The shower head holder was broken and was definitely not what it looked like online at all and there was water leaks from upstairs in the bathroom and somewhere near the bed now as for the bed was comfortable though and the tv worked and the AC was good but the flusher for the toilet kept getting stuck and barely flushed would not stay there again it was nice as for how close places was but besides that horrible and housekeeping did not come by our room the two days we stayed they skipped us when they came.

New meaning to "Roach Motel"...
When the lights were on, you could see some patchwork needed for the plumbing and behind the TV. When the lights were off, cockroaches everywhere! I left after seeing a cockroach on the bedspread, the walls, bathroom and TV. I understand it's the south, but roaches should not be easily able to enter the unit (on the second floor no less)

The first room had water dripping from the ceiling and smelled like mold. Second room had a bug problem i saw at least ten bugs that i had to kill.

Absolutely disgusting! Nothing like the pics shown, workers were very rude...room was dirty, had hairs all over the sheets, and cockroaches everyhwere. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me to.

Checked in and made it to the room. Insects large and small were crawling all over the floors and walls, there was hair all over the bed, the bathroom was also covered in hair. Immediately walked out and canceled my stay there.

Roaches everywhere!!! Like joes appt. It was bad. Anywhere outside smelled bad. The door had no latch. AC unit worked but not well.
