Room was the smallest room I'd ever stayed in. It felt like a cheap motel. Tv was maybe 21" and all the way up on top of a closet. Bathtub was disgusting with hair left in it. To top it off, the room was infested with stink bugs. Checked out early and never got my money back. Do not let the pictures fool you

The hotel needs updated. The area and room needs better security. The front desk person wasn’t welcoming and went through the rules of do’s and don’ts. The bed and pillows, however were very comfortable. Which was nice since my comfort level of the area wasn’t very high.

Em, at the front desk was great. The room was good for the price, except: Toilet seat had chips in it so it looked dirty-- New toilet seats are a cheap fix and would really make a difference There was also a large bug in the shower, but I know that can happen anywhere The shampoo/soap situation was bad-- I've been on the road for two weeks and every other hotel now does the big bottles attached to the wall-- way more convenient and just feels better then trying to open and waste tiny little bottles. Outdoor the pool looked gross-- it was 85 out so could have been used but looked green and not maintained-maybe it's just the end of the season but then close and cover it. Pros Convenient location with food options around Comfortable beds and pillows Air condition worked well Ice and vending machines on my floor Good tv channels available including hbo

This is a prime location for the hotel, however the service and condition of the hotel is despicable. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Totally gross!!!

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. The pillows is the only thing I didnt like, but I am picky. I use this specific hotel when I travel back to Alabama. God bless you.

I was told upon check-in that my room would be cleaned (trash and other things) on day 3. No one came to do this causing a build up of trash. Room refrigerator froze all of the food I purchased about $10-15 in food, causing it to be ruined/uneatable.
