Great for Hippodrome theatre trips.
It was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and friendly. It is extremely handy for the Hippodrome, which was my reason for the trip. Good breakfast, a lot of choice.

The hotel is in a good location .stopped there before but this time th e hotel room was a lot smaller.lots of noise due to other guests banging andxshouting at 2am Sunday morning as they where locked out . .

Extremely basic room, pretty clean but with some cigarette burns on surfaces and in definite need of a facelift. The service by staff however was excellent, and we enjoyed the buffet style breakfast. Great for no more than 1 or 2 nights but would use again for a concert etc

So tired needs refurbishment
Had no hot water, room was dirty, bathroom filthy and overall accommodation is in dire need of refurbishment. Staff were pleasant and reception area is nice.
