The room was much smaller than advertised. The entire staff aside from the housekeeping staff was absolutely rude. I will never book at this hotel again. The staff harassed us our entire stay. My visit was reserved for 4 people and there was a group of teenagers there that weren’t with my family I feel the front desk staff only questioned people in my party about where they were going in the hotel and reiterating their rules. I even cleaned the room myself so I wouldn’t be charged an additional fee

Entrance to rear was completely torn up, scaffolding up and unusual entrances offered. The lady at front desk took up m ost of my time complaining about all the phone calls she'd had, because it was Friday.

Location was great! Havent stayed in a IHG hotel with a tv so small in a long time. Faucet inside tub was loose & drain had rust around it. The bed itself squeak & was not fitted to the platform. In the mist of remodeling, I know that this is unacceptable for a Holiday Inn.
