Bang average, stayed in better Premier Inns.
My chalet smelt of sewage, was cold and lots of flying insects!
Food was decent, £20 for a wagu burger but service wasnt the best.
I chose Hogarths as I expected it to be quiet and to be able to sleep before a conference at the NEC. Unfortunately my room 103 was by Reception and I could hear the staff and bar perfectly from my room- on the second night this meant that u could hear conversations happening in the bar at 12:30am from my bed. The rooms and doors clearly aren’t sound proofed. I could also hear room 101 on FaceTime until the early hours through the interconnecting door. Service was slow at breakfast & the food didn’t match the price tag. If you’re used to quality hotels in London I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
I fed back the noise complaints via email during the night and in person to two members of staff at checkout and was met with a response that no one had ever complained about noise, the rooms are checked for sound proofing and a general manager would be in touch. I requested a refund and this was not provided. Room 103 was not fit for purpose. Avoid.

The Hotel was great, but the Restaurant wasn't very good.
My second stay at Hogarth’s was less enjoyable than my first. Staff seem generally unhappy and not as welcoming as previous visit. Restaurant service was slow and on occasion I had to give up waiting. I will try again as it’s a good location with a calm ambience and I suspect I caught the staff on a bad day
The property is smart looking internally, but i chose an upgraded room and my ground floor view was of the car park, laundry carts and a stair way that is being worked on. The rooms are a little noicy but i have experienced worse.
