Property is out dated and nasty. Dead bugs were in the lights in the room, gnats were throughout the room, and loose hair on towels and sheets. Bed was extremely soft and worn. I even had to ask the front desk for replacement bedding which also was not the best looking replacement set. I was very disappointed in my stay.

Our room was horrible. We stayed in room 320. The sink in our bedroom leaked underneath it and the carpet was soaking wet, which made it smell. The bathroom faucet and the bathtub facuet turn off

The manager was absolutely amazing and sweet as she could be when our first room had only 1 working light. She was quick to upgrade us to a better suite and the entirety of the staff were very friendly and helpful and just all around 5⭐️. Thank you for a very memorable anniversary weekend.

This property has gotten OLD. We’ve been coming here for, probably 30 years or so and the place looks like it’s never been updated at all. The front desk personnel were not the friendliest nor very helpful. We’ll come back after it has been redone.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room. The property itself was a bit hard to find and far enough away from things that it wasn’t conducive to walking anywhere. The parking area was limited and always full, so we usually had to park in back, where it was isolated and not well lit, making safety outside the hotel a bit of a concern. Overall, I would recommend this property. The amenities alone make it worth the stay. Just be aware you have to have transportation to areas of interest.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing. Enjoyed walking around the atrium looking at the fish. The gentleman at the front desk when we first arrived, was not very friendly or helpful. The rest of the staff was amazing.
