Staff very friendly, hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in.
Located very close to train station and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would return
The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the double room that we had was fantastic, i cant comment on the food or bar as we didn't try them, parking wasnt the best as i thought it was free but it wasnt, other than that a great hotel
Nice hotel mid refurb, the rooms we had had not been done yet so were a little tired. Lots of work going on on a lot of floors, but still very clean. Staff lovely and friendly. Walk into town encountered lots of rough sleepers in large groups which was very unnerving with young children.
Welcomed at reception and given a room well before 3pm. It was a refurbished room with plenty of sockets, usb A and C ports. Plenty of space, big desk and a sofa. We had a light pre-theatre meal in the bar which was very good.

Elise at reception was very helpful and the whole staff was accommodating. The breakfast array was immense and great
Had a one night stay as attending a concert in Birmingham. Hotel is very clean, room was in good condition and also very clean, and nice comfortable beds. Breakfast was also of good quality with plenty to choose from. Will definitely stay again if attending an event in the area, as central for venues and also the train station.
Stayed overnight after seeing a show at the utilita arena.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a great welcome from Jordan and everyone thereafter was as helpful and friendly.
We were in one of the recently refurbished rooms. Great job, comfortable, relaxing, air con/heating unit fast responding if a bit noisy. Plenty of lighting and a comfy sofa and table. Also has a mini fridge.
Very close to New St station and close enough to walk to the utilita and other venues.
Breakfast has all the expected choices and more. Well cooked and plentiful, sufficient staff to welcome and clear tables and again all very polite and friendly.
We will definitely return.
