This visit was terrible. The heated pool was closed, ok , charged a resort fee for what I don't know, the ac didn't work had to wait 2 hrs for them to replace the unit, then the ac cover would hit the wall every time it kicked on all night long. The place was messy and the bathrooms on the main floor were filthy. I won't be back. Checked out early and got a refund and went to stay at treasure Bay.

We'll definitely be back!
Check-in reception was polite and friendly. Janeka, Chris, and Fernando at the Roulette table were very educated and helpful for us newbies as we were learning. Beau always remembers my sports bettin' wife (or at least does an amazing job of pretending to, when she comes maybe twice a year) and is always so funny and sweet! Apart from a casino smelling like a casino, I believe they try their best to keep both the hotel rooms and the casino areas clean. I don't even know how I got a food credit from our last visit, but I had one on my account and that was great!! The Cafe restaurant had an amazing french toast breakfast. We're ready to go back for our next visit already.

They serve too many drinks for customers at the bars...hence, many drunk people. We also saw many people in the parking garage who were noticeably intoxicated walking, or actually staggering. There was a couple leaving the bar who looked like Sumo wrestlers. They ran into each other chest first trying to stand up and walk. I lost something, and when I called the front desk, the lady was very rude!! I wouldn't stay here again!!
