Rooms are older, our room had a water leak, it had used toiletries in the bathroom, had tobacco smell, bed was very comfortable. We liked the casino, dining options and the decoration around the hotel, pool is nice but close early.

The room that we stayed in did need a refurbishment. Shower did not work properly and AC very loud. Another group in our party did stay in a much nicer room so I guess they are slowly updating. Good access to the casino and cafe although staff are not as friendly towards new people as in other Biloxi casinos. Need a car to visit other areas.

Unpleasant service
I was put in the adjoining room with the interior door between 2 neighboring rooms. The neighbors had a heated argument that was going on for a while. Upon contacting the front desk and requesting to change rooms so I don’t have the door in between rooms, I was rudely denied. Security was sent to the room and loud arguments stoped. Then the neighbors turned loud TV on inspite, not to mention all the weed smell coming out of the room. The service was unacceptable.
