This is our first Hard Rock. Just wanted to give it a try. We got a room with a view at the Platinum Tower. The view is spectacular. But the room is old. Needing some minor repairs/repainting. Cabinet for mini fridge will not close as it was hitting the closet cabinet. You get the rockstar lighting which is dim and dark. We were not there for the casino and it’s more of stop from our long drive. So can’t provide feedback on that. Pool is beautiful and gym is decent. Casual food options is good especially for a short stay.

One of the rooms that I rented for my parents had flees. The Hotel on offered to comp the room for one night as the insinuated that the flees were bought into the room by my parents.

I enjoyed my stay , the room was nice comfortable beds and really nice bathroom. I liked the big windows in the platinum room . I liked the food options . The pool area is nice we went in the hot tub and pool . Pool is cold but feels good getting out of the hot tub . I’ll definitely go back. We didn’t really gamble .

The room was so dusty, dust literally everywhere. Housekeeping must looks place dusting that room for sure. I loved the layout of the room, and the rising blinds made it very unique. I just wish it wasn’t so dusty.

WOW! Everything was so clean, organized, and beautiful views. Really exceeded expectations. NOTE: There is more through the casino, but children must be escorted and you must have a reservation. This hotel was convenient to a lot of things and we had an amazing experience. Dunkin being located right downstairs was amazing.
