Reception person on duty was excellent. Friendly, beautiful & loved her hair! Did not request a handicap access room, but we got on on the 1st floor. Small & dark. Only 2 lamps ( which were both covered with dust) so the room was not well lit. Drapes had areas of the curtains scraped off & who wants to see the undersides of a car in the lot outside the window? Beds weren’t too comfortable, felt old & springy. Now the fridge had 2 frozen (to the freezer shelf) ice blocks. Guess housekeeping hasn’t noticed? Freezer needs to thawed to pry them out. Now the bathroom looks battered from the shower chair. Paint scraped off on walls & around sink. Sink drains very slowly. And handles move both ways which I think is wrong? Railing on the side of sink between toilet was very loose which could be dangerous for someone really in need of its use. Now the shower had no shower head, only a hand held wand which was unhandy for a 6’6” husband. It reached his chest. Hose wasn’t too long & the water restrictor really only allowed a low amount of water out. The surround needs to be called where caulk is missing & will result in mold or rot beginning behind it. Looks like it never was in certain areas. There is no fan installed in the bathroom & looks like mold along the ceiling edge. Floor linoleum pieces are coming up & are trip hazards. Carpeted area’s throughout need cleaning!! It is filthy on the entry points & hallways. Too much attention to Covid protocols & yet no sanitizer in dispenser

The good: staff was friendly, room was fairly clean, breakfast was average motel breakfast, quiet industrial location short distance from highway. The not-so-good: The room had an unpleasant oder, the window was cracked, the bed was pretty hard, the sink was very slow to drain, there were not any restaurants within walking distance (there were a couple within a short drive though). Not the worst experience but i would probably not stay here again.

Ignore the online pre-check in
Stayed here on several trips. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good breakfast. Thought I’d save time by doing the online check-in (upload lD, credit card for incidentals etc) but had to repeat it all at the desk anyway so that was frustrating. Hallway carpets could use cleaning/replacement but otherwise great stay.

Easy access from freeway. Quiet and peaceful. Nice to have briquette bbq available if needed. Breakfast was nothing special nothing yummy other than lack luster biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs.

Property in industrial estate so can hear noise from lorries. No places to eat in the vicinity. Reception staff helpful and understanding. Room dated, broken window and stained and old bed sheets. Bathroom was clean and sufficient towels and toiletries. Breakfast was included but wish it wasn't. Would not stay here again. Turned me off the chain of hotels.

Exactly what we needed.
Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, which was great as we were there for a medical procedure the next day and needed a good night's sleep since we had to rise early the following morning. It was just what the doctor ordered, so to speak.
