We opted to spend more than usual, and this place is awesome... Great staff, great room, really comfy and generally clean... BUT... 2 outlet covers were missing in our room, there was an ugly stain on carpet by fridge. Room cleaners need to inform staff to shampoo carpet. I'd post pix, but the "attach" never works. I'll try attach a Google cloud link. And despite enjoying our stay & good value, the driveway needs a serious sweeping! Guy was nice. Check-in was smooth, and directions on where my room was were clearly-stated so I didn’t have to wander around. Hotel has a nice layout. Plenty of rolling carts for guests, room was exceptionally clean, temperature in room was perfect on arrival. It was late, but four staff members were working, and had positive vibes, and seemed to have the place under control. Would definitely book again. Also, room has fridge, and microwave.

What a strange hotel. Clearly under renovation, but still open. Eerily silent, creepy lighting, musty smells. The room was outdated, not especially clean, with visible mold. When I told the receptionist the window and ceiling were leaking (onto the bed), she laughed and said, Well, it IS raining. Such a weird experience. We didn't even attempt breakfast.

Hotel is old but is under construction to renovate. Hotel is pet friendly but has very limited grass area for pet to use. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Don't stay here
Under heavy renovation, homeless living in rear parking lot, staff not very friendly, breakfast was dismal at best for the room rate. No soaps/shampoos in room, needed to be vaccumed, sheet was stained, room smelled heavily of smoke as if someone just stayed in it that day and smoked, shower was very slow to drain so you are standing in your own waste water. Very dated hotel, no modern amenities. Comparable to a roadway inn or motel 6.

it was okay, its a place to sleep. I think the place was under construction while I was there, but they weren't very clear on that. The elevator was dodgy, I was coming down the elevator and once I got to the main floor, they were all surprised that the elevator worked. It was a little bit unsettling to hear them. I would say the price is a bit high for what you get, not a lot of amenities with the place and there's a sex shop in the parking lot.

Love staying here. Have stayed since I was a kid. After a good remodel this hotel will continue to be the best stay in Billings. Big city feel in a small city.
