I’m very unhappy with how things are being handled after checking out. We left something very expensive in our room, and it’s suddenly “gone”. There was a housekeeper that went into our room as we were leaving the room, so I know it was throughly looked through & most likely pocketed my personal belonging. I was treated very poorly when I called to have someone look for my belongings and basically told there was nothing they can do. Extremely unhappy with this hotel and how they are handling my situation. I will let everyone I know how I was treated and for future stays we will NEVER go here. If you leave anything behind, proceed with caution. They might keep it for themselves!

Easy access on and off the interstate. Nice staff. Excellent housekeeping staff. Accidentally left a set of AirPods in the room and we were notified less than an hour after checkout that they had found them. We were able to return to the hotel and pick them up the same day. This is not our usual experience with housekeeping staff at other places we have stayed in the past.
